Miguel Melo lives sport as an intrinsic part of his identity. A self-proclaimed sports addict, he developed a profound relationship with movement from an early age, starting with Karate and Swimming before venturing into team sports such as Futsal, Volleyball, and Basketball.
It was in extreme sports that he found his true passion. From bodyboarding to skateboarding, including snowboarding and climbing, he discovered in these activities the ideal combination of challenge, adrenaline, and freedom. He also committed to gymnastics and capoeira, experiences that reinforced his understanding of the body, technique, and mastery of movement.
Graduated in Sports Sciences from the Faculty of Human Motricity, he began his career in conventional gyms, where he solidified the technical foundation and contact with different profiles of practitioners. He then spent five years as a surf coach—a period that sharpened his pedagogical sensitivity and adaptability to individual needs.
Later, he found in CrossFit the space where all his passions intersect: functional training, personal growth, community, and personal transformation through movement. Today, he directs his practice with a human, conscious, and rigorous approach, seeking for each person to discover their potential.
His mission is clear: to promote well-being and health, inspire, challenge, and help each student evolve in a safe, consistent, and motivating manner.
